Having had extreme success with riding my home of pesty flies I present for your edification and your pleasure the simple method I have found to be successful that I devised.
Follow closely these steps and do not do other than the steps herein provided.
1. Move to a corner of the room in which the fly is buzzing around, (this is applied to one fly first until you get the hang of it), and, if there are objects in the corner, first remove them so you can stand without discomfort.
2. Observe the motion of the fly as it buzzes annoyingly around the room seeking to exit--trusting that you have not left food out that will engage the attention of said fly.
3.Continue to observe the motions of the fly for about a few minutes, noting where it lands, and for how long.
4. Then notice that the fly will appear at one or more windows. This is the signal to get ready to strike. If you are unfortunate that the room has no windows, this device may not work. And you will have to devise one of your own.
5. However, if there are windows, again note where the fly lands usually at the base of the window. Approach the window slowly with flyswatter raised, and then when in reach, strike and kill the fly. You may have to repeat this step when you miss the first time as you gain skill. You may wish to leave the smashed fly there as a token of your wildly successful Safari. Something I do occasionally when in the mood.
Please leave comments.
PS. If you like flies and the annoying presence of them, then stand in the room in the middle and try this same procedure instead of standing in the corner. Remember, not all flies are bad. Dead flies for instance are good.
To your success.
